  Visiting Nurse Association Health Group (VNAHG) Private Care Department 

Job Description: Performed under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse, the Home Health Aide will assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, laundry assistance, and light housekeeping. The Home Health Aide will Carry out all instructions related to the assigned patients as per the Registered Nurse's instructions.

* Per-diem: Weekdays, Weekends, overnights, live-in*
